Retained
Search is the process of recruiting a candidate for a specific
position, whereby a portion of the fee for service is due prior
to initiating the search process.
Our
"Retained Search Assignment" is our highest level of service.
We ask that you make a financial commitment with us up-front, and
in turn, we make a commitment back to you. After working with you
to determine the requirements for the position, we will develop
a targeted recruiting plan and carry out that plan. We will recruit
and interview potential candidates. We will eliminate those who
do not fit your profile. We will make recommendations to you, schedule
interviews for you, and assist you in the interviewing process.
We will act as your advocate for the purpose of getting the right
person to accept a job offer from you. We will also provide you
with reports documenting our progress throughout the assignment.
