Contingency Search

Contingency Search refers to professional, technical, or executive level searches, where payment of the fee is conditional (contingent) upon the hiring of a referred candidate.

In a "Contingency Search Assignment" we will actively "search and recruit" candidates that are not available through other means. After reviewing your job specifications, we will develop a list of target companies and will recruit the top employees from those companies. We will interview all potential candidates and eliminate those who do not fit your profile. We will also make recommendations to you, schedule interviews for you, and assist you in the interviewing process. We can act as your advocate for the purpose of getting the right person to accept a job offer from you.
